A large viewing area of the shop floor is available. In this area there is a video tape showing a complete tour of the shop. A number of window cases showing trophies and other items from the various JGR teams. A gift shop is also available. No charge for admission.

This is a great shop to visit. The shop has a platform over the work space so fans can see the working of the shop without being in the way of the team. There is a video to watch that describes some of the areas of the shop that are not open to fans. It also includes a 100 seat auditorium.
