Update (5/8/08) - The new museum is now open - should be great.
This is simply the best overall shop to visit. The combination of the museum, gift shop, and quality of drivers and teams is tough to beat. The only drawback is the limited access to the actual shop floors. This is understandable given the popularity of the teams and the location of the shop near CMS.
